Village Government
The Village of Glencoe is a Council/Manager form of government. Day-to-day administration is overseen by the Village Manager, Paul Harlow, and his staff. Village ordinances and resolutions are passed by the Village Board of Trustees, which meets regularly to discuss and vote on issues in the community. Citizens are encouraged to participate in these Board Meetings. See our

In addition to the elected Village Board, citizens of Glencoe are welcome to serve on advisory
Committees and Commissions. These committees are an intregral part of decision-making and policy in the Village of Glencoe.
