Meet the Village Manager
Philip A. Kiraly was appointed as Glencoe's 8th Village Manager in December 2013. Prior to coming to Glencoe, Phil served as Assistant Village Manager for the Village of Northbrook and the Assistant Village Manager for the Village of Deerfield and also held positions with the Village of Skokie and the Norridge Park District. He holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Northern Illinois University and a B.A. in Public Administration from Augustana College. Since 2015, Phil has been an International City/County Management Association Credentialed Manager (ICMA-CM). Phil is actively engaged in ICMA as well as the Illinois City/County Management Association (ILCMA) and the Illinois Association of Municipal Management Assistants (IAMMA).
