Garbage and recycling collection will be delayed by one day for both Monday and Tuesday collections due to the holidays. Monday collections will be on Tuesday, and Tuesday collections will take place on Wednesday. Thursday and Friday pick-ups are NOT impacted. The Village is aware that LRS provided incorrect messaging on the pick up schedules for these weeks. The above information is correct, and LRS will revisit Thursday and Friday routes the following day if residents placed cans out on the wrong day based on the info shared initially by LRS. The info is being corrected on their website.
Holiday Tree Collection
On Wednesdays during the month of January, LRS will pick up holiday trees at no cost. Remove all lights, ornaments and garland and place the tree at the parkway behind the curb.
