COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic for Glencoe Seniors Ages 65+ and Individuals in Phase 1B+: Appointments Filled

COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic for Glencoe Seniors Ages 65+ and Individuals in Phase 1B+: Appointments Filled

As of 1:30 p.m. on Monday, March 22, all COVID-19 vaccine appointments have been filled for the New Trier High School vaccination clinic on March 23 and April 20.

No other clinic dates are currently available, and no wait list is being created. Glencoe residents are encouraged to continue monitoring information from the Village, Cook County and State of Illinois.

The Cook County Department of Public Health (CCDPH) has a COVID-19 Community Vaccination Program website for individuals living or working in suburban Cook County. The website is https://vaccine.cookcountyil.gov/

On the County's website, you can sign up for COVID-19 updates and information to schedule an appointment when vaccine administration expands to your phase. Cook County is currently in Phase 1B, which includes residents ages 65 and older and front-line workers. You can also call the County's vaccine sign-up hotline at (833) 308-1988, Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. As demand for vaccine information is high, the County phone line is very busy; however, please continue trying. Please also assist family members and friends that do not have access to the Internet register for the County's program. The Village strongly encourages you to register for the County's program (and any others that may be available, such as retail pharmacies or physician groups) and will continue to share more information as it becomes available.

The Illinois Department of Public Health has a vaccination locator webpage for COVID-19 vaccination sites. The State is partnering with Kroger, Wal-Mart, Meijer, Mariano's, Walgreens, Jewel-Osco and Hy-Vee pharmacies to provide vaccinations as well.
