In just two short weeks, the Village will have consolidated emergency dispatch services with the Village of Glenview. While there will be no changes to Public Safety services as a result of the consolidation, the Village will be discontinuing the 24/7 Public Safety counter in Village Hall, effective June 6. Learn more about the consolidation and after-hours Public Safety services from these FAQs.
To accommodate residents who are unable to make it to Village Hall during normal business hours, the Finance Department has expanded the Village’s offering of online payments. Already residents can use the online Payment Center for utility bills, vehicle and pet registration, parking tickets, false alarm invoices, alarm permits and to make donations online. Residents are now also able to purchase their Quarterly Commuter Lot Parking Permits online. Additionally, starting next March, Annual Commuter Lot Parking Permits will also be available online.
Moving forward, note that the Village will no longer be prorating Annual Commuter Lot Parking Permits – rather Annual Permits will be sold during the month of February and March only and Quarterly Permits will be sold the rest of the year. Should you like a daily permit ($2 per day), you may still pick them up at Village Hall during regular business hours or use the commuter lot coin box. Residents who would prefer to purchase their Quarterly Permit in-person or through the mail may continue to do so at Village Hall. Download this form to get started or use the button below to purchase your Quarterly Permit online.
