Public Participation Information for Virtual Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting - May 3, 2021.The Zoning Board of Appeals and Fence Board of Appeals will hold a virtual meeting via Zoom on May 3, 2021 at 7:30pm.

Public comments may be provided prior to the meeting in the following ways:
- Public comments can be emailed in advance of the meeting, up to an hour before the start of the meeting to email@example.com or by left in a voicemail can be left at (847) 461-1100.
- Public comments should be limited to 400 words if e-mailed or a three-minute voicemail.
- Public comments submitted before the meeting will be read by staff during the public comment portion of the agenda.
- Public comments submitted during the meeting by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) may be read at the end of the meeting.
The members of the Zoning Board of Appeal members also meet as the Zoning Commission at the request of the Village Board to conduct public hearings and to make recommendations with respect to any proposed amendments to the Zoning Code and to grant or deny special use requests.
It is the goal of the appointed Zoning Board of Appeals/Zoning Commission, in conjunction with the Village Board, to maintain stable zoning for Glencoe resulting in ever increasing property values.
