The Village maintains a current list of retail and/or office space available for lease. This is the place to start for those who are looking to open a business in Glencoe.
Downtown Glencoe is located within the intersections of Green Bay Road and Tudor Court on the north, and Vernon and Hazel Avenues on the south. The vibrant downtown district is an upscale urban outdoor shopping center with small boutiques, cafes and a variety of professional services. The area has a charming and traditional look and is adjacent to the Metra train station. Downtown Glencoe encompasses approximately 17 acres and is home to over 65 businesses.
Hubbard Woods Plaza
Glencoe’s Hubbard Woods District is approximately 4 acres, home to nearly 20 various businesses in the Hubbard Woods Plaza. It is situated along Green Bay Road between Woodlawn Avenue on the north and Scott Avenue on the south. This is a very desirable retail location with high foot traffic and plenty of parking.
Frontage Road District
The Frontage Road District is approximately 25 acres and houses three large automobile dealerships. It is situated along Edens Expressway North of Tower Road and is adjacent to the Village Water Tower. Presently, there are no available commercial spaces.
