The Village strives to create a safe and friendly work environment for its employees. It is the Village's position that personnel policy is for the benefit of all employees and should thus be adhered to at all times. The Employee Handbook details these policies in greater depth. Supervisors and Department Heads are directly responsible for addressing policy violations, in some instances a violation is cause for dismissal.

All new hires are required to read the Village Employee Handbook and all related policy upon commencing work with the Village.
