Employee Benefits

Home : Intranet : Employee Benefits

The Village encourages employees to discover the benefits of available care programs and wellness options.  Utilizing tools accessible through the Village Benefit Coordinator, CBC Brokerage Services and the Employee Intranet, full-time staff can learn about health, dental, and vision benefits. Certain benefits also apply to all employees of the Village. This includes, programs such as the Employee Assistance Program, offering counseling opportunities for employees, spouses, and dependents coping with emotional concerns. Beyond the benefits of primary programs, employees and qualifying family members may take advantage of benefits under COBRA. In the event of an injury while performing a Village sanctioned function, supplemental worker's compensation benefits kick in.

Below lists an illustrative summary of benefits offered to full-time non-sworn employees of the Village of Glencoe. These benefits are subject to change from time to time, and may be variant upon your enrollment in a bargaining unit.
