The Village is committed to providing residents a transparent format for understanding municipal expenditures. As part of this commitment, the Village reports all payments in the monthly and annual Treasurer's Report. For ease of understanding, all Village expenses and ongoing contracts are included in the documents below. In some instances, where the Village has a copy of the service agreement available, you can request the vendor contract from the Village Manager's Office.
All Village expenses are subject to various procurement thresholds, among those thresholds is the requirement that all expenses over $20,000 be considered by the Village Board. Accordingly, those expenditures listed as Approved Vendor Contracts have all been contractually approved by elected Board members.

**During FY 2009 the Village upgraded its financial software to include advanced reporting capabilities, as such, reports from the first part of FY 2009 and all previous years have a different format than current reports.
